Plaza Azteca has opened in East Windsor Township in Mercer County, marking the restaurant chain’s third New Jersey location.
The Mexican eatery joins existing locations in Marlton in Burlington County and Sicklerville in Camden County.
The restaurant, which opened in mid-November, is located at 60 Princeton Hightstown Road in the East Windsor Village shopping plaza, which also houses Target, Patel Brothers, TJ Maxx, and Bath & Body Works.
Diners can choose from a menu of traditional Mexican fare including tacos, quesadillas, burritos, enchiladas and fajitas. The menu also features vegetarian options.
The drink menu includes cocktails, shooters, wine, beer and mocktails.
The restaurant offers dine-in service, takeout and online ordering.
