Arsenal lost Leandro Trossard to injury during their Champions League match against Bayern Munich . The forward was forced off seven minutes before half-time, with Noni Madueke coming on to replace him.
Bukayo Saka spoke to Trossard as he trudged off the pitch alongside a member of Arsenal's medical staff. Mikel Arteta also exchanged a few words with his player on the sideline after making that substitution.
Trossard had scored in consecutive matches coming into this game after opening the scoring against Tottenham Hotspur in last weekend's North London Derby. He also assisted Eberechi Eze for the fourth and final goal on Sunday.
His replacement, Madueke, only made his return as a late substitute versus Spurs. The winger missed Arsenal's previous 11 matches wth a knee injury.
