Louisiana mother accused of taking money to allow her minor daughter to be raped for porn

Lorraine Hart, 34, is charged with principal to first degree rape and trafficking of children for sexual purposes. An alleged accomplice, Brandon Michael Werner, 37, is charged with first degree rape and failure to register as a sex offender.
