Las Vegas had 3.41 million visitors in October to mark a “relative improvement” in tourism for a region grappling with a downturn in visitation, according to a new report from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.

However, that improvement still lags behind last year’s totals — October 2024 saw 3.46 million visitors, representing a 4.4% decline this year.

The drop is less severe than during the summer months, when 3.1 million people visited in both June and July, reflecting an 11.3% and 12% decline, respectively. August drew 3.2 million visitors, a 6.7% decline from August 2024.
