JAMESTOWN — Two of Jamestown's best were recognized as such by the North Dakota High School Coaches Association (NDHSCA) on Wednesday.
The NDHSCA announced its Division AA Volleyball All-State Team on Nov. 26. Jamestown's Lucy Falk and Jetta Peterson were among the athletes named to the All-State roster.
Falk, the top-attacker for the Blue Jays, picked up first-team honors while Peterson, the team's second-year libero, was selected to the Class AA Second-Team roster.
Prior to last week's state tournament, Falk accounted for more than 300 of the Blue Jays' kills, averaging more than 18 per match. At the end of the regular season, she was the second-leading attacker in all of the West Region. Peterson has kept things steady in the back row with more than 500 digs this fall. The senior cel
