Ohio lawmaker wants to allow taxing of land rather than property

Ohio homeowners are growing more and more concerned about being able to pay their bills, and the state legislature has spent much of the year trying to reform the property tax system. One lawmaker has submitted a proposal he believes could solve a number of the state's housing problems at once.
