RCMP say Jason Pacik is about 5' 5
RCMP say they've arrested a man suspected of fraud involving timber-framed homes.
Jason Pacik, 42, is accused of promising people he’d build them new homes, then vanishing once customers signed contracts and made their initial payments.
An RCMP news release on Wednesday said he told several victims his company, Prairie Timber Group Limited, was affiliated with a well-known and trusted timber home-building company in Ontario, but there was no connection.

Police said Pacik would convince customers to sign a contract with his company, but once they put money down, he quit returning their calls and never built the homes.
