A Suffolk taxi driver who breached a stalking protection order by posting pictures and videos of him and his former partner on social media has been given a community order.
Sentencing 37-year-old David Fayers, Judge Nicola Talbot-Hadley said the breaches were deliberate and warned him not to breach the stalking protection order again.
“You must accept the relationship is over and not have any contact with her,” said the judge.
She accepted that Fayers had had mental health issues and would benefit from working with the probation service.
Fayers, of Badleys Close, Great Waldingfield, pleaded guilty to two charges of breaching a stalking protection order and breaching a suspended sentence Imposed in July this year.
