BROOKLYN, New York (WABC) -- A so-called influencer accused of skipping out on lavish bills at high-end restaurants in Brooklyn was supposed to go before a judge on Wednesday, but instead, she is undergoing a mental health evaluation.

Some call her the "dine-and-dash diva."

"She came in and asked for like two appetizers, two full pies, dessert, hot drinks, you know. And yes, it was a little bit weird because it was just for one person. It was like a lot of food," said Alberto Sanchez, the general manager of Motorino.

Sanchez distinctly remembers the woman who lingered over lunch for five hours at Motorino, eating and taking pictures of her food, but when it came time to pay, both credit cards were declined.
