WEXFORD COUNTY, Mich. — 9&10 News was inside the courtroom Monday as two Cadillac residents faced a judge in separate criminal cases—one of which is directly tied to the investigation into the death of 34-year-old Rebecca Park, who was found dead last week in Grand Traverse County.
Kimberly Sue Park, 34, was arraigned on charges connected to the homicide investigation, including lying to police during a violent-crime investigation, tampering with evidence, and falsely reporting a felony. According to the felony complaint, detectives say she provided misleading information and later filed a false claim accusing a detective of assault.
Her bond was set at $750,000 cash or surety.
