CINCINNATI —
After a recent spike in violence on Elm Street, north of Findlay Market, Cincinnati's interim police chief is giving insight into the steps the department is taking to crack down on crime.

The shootings happened near the club Privee on Elm.
According to Cincinnati Interim Police Chief Adam Hennie, his department has increased police presence and safety measures.
"We want to break the cycle of violence," Hennie said. One of the biggest things that I can do is get officers out here and be as visible as possible and also be able to use the technology that we have."
