BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo's acting mayor Chris Scanlon is thrilled with the $95 million capital budget passed by the Buffalo Common Council.
Standing with Council President Bryan Bowman, Majority Leader Leah Halton-Pope, and Buffalo Public Schools CFO Jim Barnes, the mayor said the budget invests in “infrastructure, facilities, and public assets the residents depend on every single day.”
The newly approved budget directs spending across every corner of the city:
