Multiple reports on Wednesday say the team has landed right-hander Dylan Cease, a 29-year-old potential ace who struck out 215 batters over 168 innings last season with the San Diego Padres. Article content Article content
The addition of Cease immediately gives the Jays a huge boost to their rotation after coming just two outs away from winning the World Series earlier this month.
