LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - A cool dry airmass has brought clearing skies with afternoon temperatures that were just above 70. Moist air from an altitude of 3,000′ to 7′000′ will return from the gulf with increasing clouds Thursday afternoon. This will lead to a thicker cloud deck on Friday with a few patches of light rain or drizzle possible. Warmer southerly winds will return Saturday. A much cooler airmass will track south across the Great Plains and reach our area early Sunday morning with a slight chance of a shower.
