The Toronto Blue Jays have already reportedly achieved one of their biggest goals of the 2025 offseason.

The Blue Jays reportedly are bringing Dylan Cease to town on a mammoth seven-year, $210 million deal, according to ESPN's Jeff Passan .

After reaching Game 7 of the World Series, reports have pointed to a big offseason for the Blue Jays. The reported Cease deal sets the tone, but there's more work to do. Shortly after the deal was reported on Wednesday night, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reported that the Blue Jays have their eyes on "back-end bullpen help."

"World Series runners-up means business this winter," Heyman wrote on X. "Have also been pursuing back-end bullpen help, more."
