BATAVIA — The faith formation students and families of Resurrection Parish Faith Formation: Batavia, Oakfield, Pembroke, NY have been named the 2025 Catholic Charities Cup winner for the Faith Formation Division.

The families, students and parish leaders raised $1,138 through their Lenten soup supper and bowl-a-thon for Appeal 2025 — and they kept that spirit going by collecting food for local food banks at their Nov. 16 gathering, Catholic Charities officials said in a news release.
