More is coming to light behind Pete Carroll’s decision to fire Chip Kelly as the Raiders’ offensive coordinator.
The Raiders made the move earlier this week and Carroll told reporters that he had given Kelly “a lot of leeway” during his short tenure calling plays in Las Vegas, but NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported on Wednesday that there was more to what had occurred.
Appearing on “The Rich Eisen Show,” the NFL insider suggested that Kelly had been messing up some of the play calls.
