Boxes, roadsides, and even trash containers have become common spots where helpless babies are abandoned. At such a fragile age, there is little they can do to survive without someone stepping in.

One of these cases happened in Houston, Texas, when a homeowner came across an unfamiliar recycling bin sitting in his backyard. Confused about how it got there, he walked over to investigate. When he lifted the lid, he saw a tiny face staring back at him.
