The U.S. government will speed up efforts to review the immigration status of “every single person added to this country over the last four years," Stephen Miller, a senior adviser to Donald Trump, said on Wednesday.

"What you heard from President Trump, the breaking news here tonight, is that his government is going to accelerate efforts to review every single person added to this country over the last four years," he told Fox News, estimatng that would amount to 20 million migrants. The undocumented immigrant population in the United States reached 14 million in 2023, according to nonpartisan think tank Pew Research Center.
