The deadline for EU member states to translate broad-sweep sustainability regulations into tangible progress is looming, and Italy has put the latest stake in the ground.
At the Venice Sustainable Fashion Forum in October, Italy announced that it is working on extended producer responsibility (EPR) legislation for the textile sector, expected to come into force in the first quarter of 2026.
