Imust let you know that I am trying hard to embrace all the pumpkin spice products I have shied away from in the past. The jury is still out. And I am not happy with the bakery pumpkin roll I bought recently that had buttercream instead of my cream cheese filling. What is the world coming to? I can’t be the only person out there who associates a pumpkin roll with cream cheese filling.

Moving along, I have had a curiosity about William Penn’s early interactions with Native Americans, more specifically the Lenape (Delaware) tribe, since these occurred within a few decades of the first Thanksgiving in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
