Rachel Reeves has told the SNP to forget its obsession with securing another referendum on independence and instead focus on bringing down NHS waiting lists for Scots.
The Chancellor today insisted the UK Government would not agree to another vote on the constitution regardless of how John Swinney's party performs at the Holyrood election in May.
