The public got a rare glimpse into Prime Minister Mark Carney’s office last week when his chief of staff Marc-André Blanchard testified at a committee hearing . Blanchard and Michael Sabia, the clerk of the Privy Council , provided testimony about the ethics screens that have been put in place for Carney to prevent potential conflicts of interest due to his financial interests.
