Welcome to Thanksgiving Day, a holiday that the Green Bay Packers have started to make annual appearances on once again in recent years. Today, the Packers will play on Turkey Day for the third consecutive season as they take on their NFC North rivals, the Detroit Lions.

The Packers last played in Detroit on Thanksgiving in 2023, when they defeated Detroit in an upset 29-22. Last season, the Packers hosted a Thanksgiving game for the first time since 2015, beating the Miami Dolphins 30-17 in the night game.
