Temperatures this morning dipped into the teens and low 20s as winds finally backed off after a couple gusty days. A northwest breeze of 5 to 10 mph is still expected through the morning, keeping wind chills close to 10 degrees at times. Clear skies will mean sunshine, especially for the morning hours.
