Two men are on the run after a van crash led to police discovering a Lowestoft cannabis farm that had a wide-open door.

The drugs factory was made after a white Kangoo van came off the St Peter's Street roundabout before crashing in Tennyson Road at about 9.30pm on November 9.

Both of the men inside the vehicle, which was found to have been transporting cannabis, fled the scene before police arrived, according to an eyewitness.

Officers then inspected the unattended van, which was left abandoned in the middle of the road, and discovered "a quantity of cannabis" inside.

Now, police have said they are still "looking for the occupants of the van involved in the crash as part of the investigation".
