Plans to relocate a Lidl supermarket across Aberdeen to Bridge of Don have been submitted to the city council .
West Coast Estates has lodged its plans with the local authority for a £10million mixed-use development in Bridge of Don. The Aberdeen-based developer's proposals include the relocation of Lidl’s King Street store to a larger site on Woodside Road .
It would feature a state-of-the-art supermarket, a superfast EV charging hub by market-leading brand Fastned, and a café/restaurant with drive-through facilities. To share the plans with the local community, West Coast Estates hosted a drop-in consultation event at King’s Church last month providing residents an opportunity to view the proposals, ask questions, and give feedback.
