Abatti was the wife of Mike Abatti, an influential farm owner in Southern California.

The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for information regarding the ongoing investigation.

The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office identified the victim of a Nov. 20 killing in Pinetop , Arizona as 59-year-old Kerri Ann Abatti, the wife of a powerful farmer and energy mogul in Southern California .

Abatti died of a gunshot after a family member found her wounded in her home near Bruin Way and Branding Iron Loop, according to police.

The relative called the police, who arrived at the Pinetop Country Club home about 9:20 p.m. They took Abatti to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said.

Authorities were continuing to search for a suspect and asking the community for help
