Today, Americans will gather alongside friends, family, neighbors, and loved ones to break bread and reflect on the blessings that God has bestowed upon the entire country.

We give thanks for the blessing of living in the greatest country in the world, for the freedoms that we are all fortunate to possess, and much, much more.

During this time, we will also pause and give thanks for the brave patriots — who, at home and abroad, continue to stand, watch, and defend us around the clock.

As I have said before, Thanksgiving is a day that is emblematic of everything that makes America great.
