When most people think of Thanksgiving leftovers, they imagine cold turkey, stiffened stuffing and cranberry sauce that’s starting to give off the odor of old gym socks. And if someone were to suggest “Leftover Salmon” in the days following Thanksgiving, you’d look at them like they were crazy — unless, of course, you live in Boulder.

This weekend, beloved hometown band Leftover Salmon is serving up a two-night run at the Boulder Theater, 2032 14th St., Boulder, complete with family guest stars and a celebration of being together for three-and-a-half decades as a band.
