A former MasterChef: The Professionals finalist's Glasgow restaurant has earned a spot in the Michelin Guide just months after opening.
Sagar Massey launched his first independent restaurant, Angheeti, in June this year, bringing a 'deeply authentic Indian dining experience' to Paisley Road West in Cardonald .
There, the award-winning chef's menu 'tells a story of India's rich culinary traditions, brought to life with a modern flair', with dishes including Biryani made using a mix of traditional Hyderabadi spices, South Indian curries, and seekh kebab prepared in a tandoor oven.
The Michelin Guide says of the restaurant: "An angeethi is a type of grill traditionally used in rural Indian households, and now it lends its name to this charmingly run restaurant in a Glasgow suburb.
