BEIJING (Reuters) -Chinese humanoid robot companies should prevent the risk of highly repetitive products entering the market and squeezing the space for research and development, the country’s top economic planner’s spokesperson said on Thursday.
There are more than 150 humanoid robot companies in China, and speed and bubbles have always been an issue that need to be managed and balanced in the development of frontier industries, Li Chao, the spokesperson of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), told a press conference.
Separately, Li said the NDRC is also actively promoting the expansion of REITs to support the building of urban renewal facilities, hotels, sports venues, and commercial office facilities.
