A 25-year-old man from Melrose Park was arrested on charges of speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 1:52 a.m. Nov. 19 at East 75th Street and South Washington Street.

A 27-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on two counts of resisting or obstructing a peace officer at 3:38 a.m. Nov. 20 in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road.

A 28-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended license at 11:53 a.m. Nov. 20 at 248th Avenue and 95th Street.
