As the investigation into the shooting of two National Guard members in Washington, D.C., continues, an added layer of security is rolling into New Orleans.

According to city leaders, their mission will be to give police more visibility, but as tensions rise, some wonder if the presence is the right call.

Music is the heartbeat of New Orleans, but with the Louisiana National Guard's deployment for Bayou Classic, some worry the city's soundtrack could skip a beat.
