SAN MATEO — A retail heist on Thanksgiving eve ended in four suspects spending the holiday in jail after allegedly stealing thousands of dollars in clothing from the Hillsdale Shopping Center.

According to the San Mateo police, the suspects – one 19-year-old and three juveniles who live in Oakland – stole about $6,000 worth of Lululemon clothing from the mall at around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

They then drove off with the stolen goods, but police tracked their vehicle to Oakland where all four suspects were detained and the stolen merchandise was found in their vehicle.
