Stranger Things fans have gone into a frenzy with the long-anticipated fifth season finally landing on Netflix after a torturous three-year hiatus. Following an impressive battle, Nancy ( Natalia Dyer ), Robin (Maya Hawke) and Steve (Joe Keery) manage to wound Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower) with a fiery assault at Creel House in the series four finale.

However, this wasn't sufficient to halt his world destruction plans as he created four enormous rifts in Hawkins, all leading to the Upside Down . The concluding scene of the fourth series was post-apocalyptic in nature, with the group assembled on a hill, gazing down at their cherished hometown being ripped apart.
