CENTRAL, La. (WAFB) - Central has scored 98 points through two postseason games. The Wildcats scored 52 points in a round one win against Dutchtown and 46 last week against East Ascension. The defending state champs are advancing to the quarterfinal round for the third straight year and are two wins away from returning to the Super Dome. Max Gassiot has taken over the starting job and excelled on the back half of the season. The junior passed for more than 300 yards, running for 100 more, and totaled five touchdowns last Friday against EA.
