SIG Sauer faces another lawsuit involving 34 plaintiffs who claim the company's P320 pistol has caused injury and even death from unintended discharges.

The largest mass action lawsuit was filed earlier this week in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and represents people in 23 states, including New Hampshire, according to the law firm Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky.

Four previous mass actions were filed in federal court here in New Hampshire. The latest were filed in Pennsylvania in response to New Hampshire legislation signed into law this summer that grants SIG Sauer immunity from lawsuits for gunmakers when it comes to optional features of the weapon.
