There is some controversy in the second quarter of the Week 13 game between the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers .
The controversy stems from Jordan Love's touchdown pass to Dontayvion Wicks, which put the Packers up 10-0 over the Lions.
Wicks and Love connected on a pass down the sideline, but it appeared the Packers wide receiver didn't get his second foot down in bounds on the play.
Here's why it was ruled a touchdown.
