The "dunny" is an outdoor toilet shack situated right in the middle of the I'm A Celebrity campsite and during a recent livestream, while the comedy duo answered questions from fans, one person asked: "Dec, did you notice the air freshener when you went in the dunny?"

Ant said: "You know Dec goes to the dunny? On the way into camp to announce the names! He's at that age now, he can’t hold a wee for ninety minutes so he has to go to the dunny."
