The Kansas City Chiefs haven't had running back Isiah Pacheco in the lineup for the last three weeks due to a knee injury.

Pacheco came down with the knee injury in Week 8 and hasn't taken the field since. Pacheco did manage to log one full practice last week, but he followed that up with two limited sessions before being ruled out for the game against the Indianapolis Colts .
