Rogers, circa 1910: Dr. George Love, a Rogers resident for 45 years, opened his hospital in the early 1900s and operated it for 18 years. The year 1953 brought tragedy to his family. Dr. Love's son, George R. Love, died on June 26; the senior Love died four days later; and his wife, Alice, passed away that October. The building stands today, restored.
