A local Secret Santa is giving $1 million to deserving people in eastern Idaho this holiday season. Every day, since November 1, the East Idaho News elves have delivered gifts from Secret Santa.

We have compiled all the surprises here, in part 1 of our 2025 Secret Santa special.
