Two of the three people charged with first-degree murder in the death of a Sarnia man, who was missing for more than a year before his remains were found, have been ordered to stand trial on the charge.
Brad Ogilvie, 41, was reported missing by his family in November 2023. Police renewed a plea for tips in his disappearance a month later and several posters were put up around Sarnia-Lambton.
In September 2024, Sarnia police said the missing person investigation was a homicide probe and three people were arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
