Fire breaks out at Saratoga County apartment complex

SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Saratoga Springs Fire Department responded to a structure fire at an apartment complex at 88 Congress St. at 1:35 p.m. on Thursday.

By 3 p.m., the fire, which broke out on the third floor of a building, was extinguished, and crews were ventilating the apartment to clear smoke. Although the building was occupied, there were no reported injuries, according to Fire Chief Joseph Dolan.
