The Chicago Bears (8-3) and Philadelphia Eagles (8-3) meet on Black Friday for a Week 13 matchup. Kickoff from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is scheduled for 3 p.m. ET (Prime Video). Let's analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's NFL odds around the Bears vs. Eagles odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.
The Bears lead the all-time series 29-17-1, although the Eagles have won the past 6 meetings since 2013. The last win for the Bears in the series came in 2011, a 30-24 win in Philadelphia.
The Cardiac Chicago Bears won 31-28 in comeback fashion against the Pittsburgh Steelers, cashing as 2.5-point favorites as the Over (47) cashed. QB Caleb Williams threw for 239 yards and 3 TDs, while rookie RB Kyle Monangai ran for 48 yards and a score, WR DJ Moore had 64 receiving yards and 2 TDs, and TE Colston Loveland had a TD grab.
Chicago has won 4 consecutive 1-score games, needing late heroics in most. It is also 3-1 against the spread (ATS) in the past 4 games, and 7-2 ATS across the previous 9 outings. The Over has a 3-2 edge. On the road, Chicago has covered 4 of the past 5 outings, while the Over has a 3-2 edge.
Philadelphia no longer has the best record in the NFC after frittering away a 21-0 lead at the Dallas Cowboys last Sunday, eventually falling 24-21 as a 3-point favorite as the Under (48) cashed. QB Jalen Hurts did throw for 289 yards and a TD, while running for 2 more scores, and WR A.J. Brown got untracked with 8 snags, 110 yards and a TD.
Philly is still 4-1 straight up and ATS in the past 5 games, while the Under has cashed in 3 in a row.
While there is no precipitation in the forecast, temperatures will be around 40 degrees at kickoff, with winds blowing 16-20 MPH. We could see more of a ground-based attack on both sides, with coaches going for it more on fourth down rather than attempting long field goals.

Bears at Eagles picks and predictions
Prediction
Bears 23, Eagles 20
Moneyline
The BEARS (+260) keep finding a way to win close games, while the Eagles just found a way to blow one. Chicago is awfully tempting at this price, and one of the better deals you'll find on Black Friday.
It's concerning that Barkley and Smith are on the injury report for the Eagles this week, too. Barkley was limited in practice Tuesday and Wednesday, while Smith missed both sessions. Johnson, a key member of the O-line, missed last week's game, and was nowhere to be seen in practice Tuesday or Wednesday.
Against the spread
Back the BEARS +7 (-110) if you just can't back Chicago straight up. This is a lot of points for an 8-3 team to be catching, especially one which just seems to find late-game magic against all odds.
Philadelphia is just 1-3 ATS as a favorite of 4 or more points, while Chicago covered its most recent instance as a road dog in a 19-17 win in Minnesota in Week 11. The Bears are 4-1 ATS in the past 5 on the road, too.
Over/Under
UNDER 44 (-110) is a low number, but defense could rule the day.
Again, those winds will be whipping, and both teams might elect more ground and pound rather than downfield heroics.
Philly's defense has allowed 24 or fewer points in 5 in a row, and the Under has hit in 3 in a row. This could be a nice playoff-like atmosphere, and a defensive slog.
