Top Ravens cornerback Nate Wiggins has exited Thursday night's game with a foot injury.
Wiggins was ruled out at the start of the second half.
It's unclear when Wiggins suffered the injury, but it's a big loss for the Ravens secondary.
The second-year corner shined this season and was off to a strong start against the Bengals. Wiggins clamped down on Bengals receiver Ja'Marr Chase on a third-down shot to the end zone in the first half, forcing a field goal.
Wiggins leads the Ravens with three interceptions this season. He's made 45 tackles and broken up seven passes.
In more positive news, fellow cornerback Chidobe Awuzie cleared concussion protocol during halftime and is back on the field at the start of the second half. He and Marlon Humphrey are the Ravens' outside cornerbacks.
