RIALTO, Calif. (KABC) -- As families across Southern California celebrate Thanksgiving, more than a dozen families in Rialto aren't so fortunate.

A massive four-alarm fire at an apartment complex destroyed 16 units, leaving 64 people homeless.

"We lost absolutely everything. We have nothing. We're left with the clothes we have on our back," said Danna Pulido, who is now staying in a hotel along with her parents, younger brother and 1-year-old sister.

"Everyone watching, they're going to have their Thanksgiving with their family. We're not," Pulido said. "They're going to have their Christmas, they're going to have their New Years. And what do we have? We have nothing."

The fire broke out last week at the Vista View Apartments on South Cactus Avenue in Rialto.
