A major bank has contacted its customers following changes announced in this week's Autumn Budget . Rachel Reeves revealed her future plans for the economy in a speech on Wednesday .
The Labour Chancellor announced a series of measures , including scrapping the two-child benefit cap, freezing tax thresholds, introducing a 3p per mile charge for electric cars and charging national insurance on salary-sacrificed pension contributions above an annual £2,000 threshold.
