PEQUOT LAKES — Two well-known local writers spoke in the Pequot Lakes Library meeting room Wednesday, Nov. 19.

Candace Simar, author of over a dozen books, many of them featured on a variety of lists, reviewed and discussed her newest book, “Montana Matrimonial News.”

Craig Nagel, writer of two Cracker Barrel collections, a memoir and two novels, read from his newest work.

The two writers have known each other for years and discussed their feelings about writing and shared ideas.
